Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. okgames reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All bets placed on the okgames platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after submission. okgames reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or circumstances outside our control. Winnings are credited to your account balance following the settlement of each event. Any attempt to exploit errors in odds or system vulnerabilities will result in the cancellation of affected bets and may lead to account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okgames platform: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses or restrictions; and sharing account access with third parties. okgames actively monitors for suspicious activity and will take immediate action, including account suspension and reporting to authorities, where prohibited activities are detected.
